Shipping Information
Shipping charges = $9.94 for the first item ordered
$5.00 for the second item ordered
$5.00 for third item ordered
.02 for fourth item ordered
$19.96 maximum shipping charges
FREE shipping on all orders of 5 items or more and shipped to the same location.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours (unless backordered) with most orders shipping within 24 hours of ordering.. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Orders may be placed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
Your order will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS in a plain package. No reference to package contents will be present on the package. Orders will be discreetly labeled for your privacy.
Your package, by default, is not required to be signed for at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for a package that is lost or stolen once it has been delivered to the designated address.
UPS charges $3.00 for any shipment that requires a signature upon delivery. Request for signature upon delivery must be made at the time the order is placed.
To help eliminate backorders, please refer to the Out of Stock tab. In the rare case of a backordered item, you will be notified and your order will be shipped out immediately when it becomes available, or you may place an alternate order, or you may choose a full refund.
The Leather Apparel Store can ship anywhere in the
United States and
Canada. Please contact us at support@leatherapparelstore.com for shipping charges to
Alaska,
Hawaii, and
Canada. Please provide your address and Zip Code for shipping quotes.
Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
A Tracking Number will be sent via email as soon as the shipper makes it available to The Leather Apparel Store.
Terms and Conditions
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of ordering and most orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
- We automatically send you a UPS notification with the tracking number as soon as it becomes available from the shipper.
- We will not accept returns on USED items.
- Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection. IT IS ALSO THE LAW.
- We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.
- Shipping costs (both ways) for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
We do these for the following reasons:
- Our customer stays our customer.
- You are assured that you are getting NEW merchandise not previously worn items.
- You know when your order has been shipped and what day to expect delivery to you.
Order cacellations:
- If your order has not been shipped it may be canceled within the first 24 hours. A $5 cancellation fee will be charged to your account.
Item Exchanges:
- We will not accept returned packages without an authorized RMA#
- When a package is returned with a proper RMA authorization # for an exchange there will be a $5 Handling Fee for the returning item plus shipping.
By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.
